STAYING ALIVE STAYS RED HOT AFTER FIRST LIVE EPISODE
ICE has been red hot here on Wednesdays through the first 3 weeks in daytime to start the new season and where the strength has been at is towards the talk shows which have been getting huge numbers as Tahj & Arielle AM duplicated its 45 million viewers from last Wednesday and had Strawberry Shields on as a music guest while Pyper America hit almost 60 million viewers with Melissa Alonso making her music performance debut along with Tahj Mowry with Lindsey Visser as guests then in the afternoon Amber Montana's Afternoon Showcase continues its streak of hotness getting 71 million viewers with Janet Moore on as a guest although Deborah Jo Wood didn't perform as she's now a ROD Knockout now. For the ICE soaps they had a big day especially Staying Alive which got back up to its premiere number levels by hitting a new series-high for its first live episode of its run getting 58 million viewers which is the most viewers this season for any daytime soap on NITRO Television although what's been impressive is how Youthful Daydreamers does a great job of keeping most of those viewers. ROD leaped back into 2nd place although they had a down morning but the difference was Tracy Kimmell's new talk show getting the biggest numbers of the day with 26 million viewers that was enough to damage to NBC who had another one of those just when you think NBC has figured things out they go way back down despite a good morning from Drama's Place, Fashion House, and War Update. Nothing registered in the afternoon behind Anna Kendrick for NBC and Growing Pains looks done before it even started.
Tonight we'll have Tahj Mowry and Lindsey Visser making her NITRO acting debut on the season premiere of Bastard Kids behind week 2 of Teen Angels, The Wrong Students, and Alyssa Lynch on The Adult Years for ICE. NBC has Aria and the acting debut for Madison Beer on The Waves and ROD has a double dose of The Nanny Diaries along with Koy Jung's new variety program on Wednesday nights now leading into The L.A. which needs a lift in its ratings this week.

Staying Alive is putting up some gigantic numbers interested to see how the rest of the week shapes out for it.
I've been amazed at how huge Amber Montana's numbers have been dating back to last year I know the timeslot is really favorable for it but damn 70 million viewers makes it the most watched talk show of the week.
Janet Moore at ICE has been an A+ so far no doubt about it.
NBC still struggling badly I see here in daytime and this was not a good day for ROD and they didn't have to sweat at all to retain second place as Hunter & Kacey and Tracy Kimmell did just enough.
