This will be a relay race measured at 10 × 100 meters relay just like the opening race which is a 100 metered race will be ran at the same distance for the relays.
It's simple each team has a field of 10 runners and the first team to complete the 10 laps wins the race and gains a win for their team.
Also if any player cheats or physically does something to their opponent their race will be disqualified and it puts their team in a disadvantage since they will lose 5 seconds of their team's time.

(Northern wins by 0.01 secs)Team ICE who represents East York lost to Northern Secondary School tied 1-1 in races today with Ivy Herbert costing her team the race despite Kay Shields finishing the final lap with the fastest time around the track.
COMPETITION THOUGHTS
Ivy Herbert costs her team the relay race for punching Molly McCook dead in the jaw which disqualified her from the race costing her team 5 seconds in this race allowing Northern to beat ICE by a tenth of a second.
ICE would've won the race as their team had 4 finishes under 10 seconds after that DQ lap from Ivy so Northern was able to get the win because of that incident.
Lisa Grantham, Penny Perchik, and Kay Shields ran the rest of the race so hard that they caught up to Northern as Kay slaughtered Jasmine Sanders in that final lap but all Jasmine had to do was finish 10.35 seconds or better.
Jasmine Sanders did just that despite Supersonic Kay finishing around the track with her second best performance of the season at 9.46 seconds finishing behind 9.42 seconds last week which they need from her this week.
Lisa Grantham improved from last week's performance of 9.92 seconds to get it down to 9.87 seconds this week and Penny Perchik got her time way down from 9.96 to 9.63 seconds as she beat "The Jet" Nancy Kimmell.
This was the first time this season that somebody in the same race defeated Nancy Kimmell's performance so Penny Perchik is really showing something here for Coach Wendy Robertson.
Unfortunately we never got a chance to see how fast Ivy would run since she got disqualified and Wendy Robertson ripped into Ivy about that but Molly Ephraim might've told her to do it to Molly McCook.
Molly McCook got hit dead in the jaw and ref Ja Storm threw Ivy Herbert out of the race for that as Ja Storm was already pissed at how late Ivy, Mackenzie, and Penny came over from Paramount Hall.
The weakest runners seemed to be Violett Beane, Emma Fuhrmann, and Madison Pettis whose time could've made a small difference in ICE beating Northern here.
Violett Beane ran way better than expected running well under 13 seconds so we'll see if ICE decides to keep her in there next week.
Northern had a very good race as Abby Champion was real close to Patrick Westbrook to start and Sanne Vloet took care of business beating Violette Beane.
After Ivy's DQ though Mia Lasanti showed some rust against Nancy Kimmell but a key win was Hayden Byerly beating his old studiomate Madison Pettis who will definitely want revenge.
Amber Anderson, Marloes Horst, and Jasmine Sanders couldn't keep up with Lisa Grantham, Penny Perchik, and Supersonic Kay though but Amber and Jasmine had good runs though.
If ICE doesn't get any disqualifications next week they should win but if Northern can find some faster runners they can grab another upset.
