In the volleyball match we have a total of 5 sets that will be played and the first team to 3 victories wins the match.

To win a match each team must score a total of 25 points per game to get a set victory.

If it's tied at 2-2 the 5th and deciding match only need 15 points to determine a winner of the match.

VOLLEYBALL MATCH RESULTS

- Team ICE wins the first set to Northern 25 points to 23 points (East York leads 1-0)

- Team ICE wins the second set to Northern 25 points to 13 points (East York leads 2-0)

- Team ICE wins the third set to Northern 25 points to 8 points (East York wins 3-0)

Team ICE who represents East York swept Northern 3-0 with Audreyana Williams getting 28 kills in this match and Lisa Grantham was behind her with 16 kills of her own in the match.

MATCH THOUGHTS

ICE's volleyball team struggled in their first two weeks despite getting wins in each match but a new lineup has given the team their most convincing team yet sweeping Northern Secondary School in this match.

24-year old actress Alyssa Lynch was the new starting setter and this made a huge difference for the team this week allowing Audreyana Williams, Lisa Grantham, and Theresa Bush to do their work on the court.

Audreyana Williams had her best performance to-date getting 28 kills in this match on Northern and Lisa Grantham got revenge on NBC pretty well with 16 kills and Theresa Bush 8 kills in this match.

The match itself started out close in that first set and then ICE started to dominate the next two as the rotations got real comfortable out there.

Lindsay Hartley's changes in the lineup makes this a much better volleyball team and maybe help keep her job a little longer as the Head Coach of the team getting this sweep.

It was ugly for Northern though as there was no improvement from the last two high school teams that East York faced in this matchup.

Most of the problems for Northern came via the NBC players as the ROD players were actually solid as Kyra Santoro was a real monster out there with 15 kills on her side and Delilah Bell Hamlin and Sofija Milosevic were solid as well.

Mario Lopez suffered a back injury and had to leave the contest with his age it's safe to say that this might be the last time we see him on the court and he lost to Alyssa Lynch and Victoria Konefal from Saved By the Bell.

ICE now has 4 victories on Northern as these evening contests continue to play out here.

Looks like the new lineups definitely helped ICE here getting a dominating victory as the main problem might've been the setters as Alyssa Lynch fixed that and now I do believe Lindsay Hartley will survive the rest of this season.

It also helped that the competition excluding the ROD players was much weaker than the past couple of weeks. NBC should've used their rookies for volleyball much like ROD did because the draft class is full of athletes and I think it should be all girls too.

NBC definitely gave us a pass with that garbage ass lineup they threw out there but we needed this week to gain our confidence as I had a feeling the main trouble spot was at the setter position.

Deborah Jo Wood might be heading back to ROD she's been a disappointment to start the season so far and we don't really need her at this point anymore.

The NBC players made a huge difference here but as Proxio was pointing out the change with the setter is what really made the difference this is going to allow Audreyana Williams and Lisa Grantham to really do some damage. It wouldn't surprise me if you guys were to beat Earl Haig via a sweep or 3-1 at least I'd be shocked if it gets to a 2nd set.

That'd be a huge acquisition for ROD but ICE I don't think you guys need Deborah Jo Wood anymore.
