ROD Sony Alliance brings to you brand new CEO Lucy Hale's first fall schedule presentation and this year is going to be a year of transition as ROD gets used to their new boss of the future and the way things are going to go going forward with NITRO's Lost Angeles based studio.

In primetime this year ROD is going to make some new moves surrounded around three big acquisition moves this year in the pickups of WFL Monday Night Football, Junior Beauty Pageant, and Pretty Thieves which will all hit the fall schedule this season.

Mondays: The TV week for ROD will start with an all WFL night started with a new scripted cop procedural based around one of the more popular teams in the league the Dallas Cowgirls as fictional members of the team will investigate corrupt behavior going on within ownership of the franchise. The new series will be called Dallas Cowgirls Undercover or for short DCU and it will lead into the weekly massive part of the fall Monday Night Football which will close out the night for ROD on Mondays.

Tuesdays: Lucy Hale comes from a country background growing up in Memphis, Tennessee like Justin Timberlake and she's keeping the country music tradition that the network started under Ashley Greene the previous season but Lucy Hale is also focused more on keeping up with the other competing networks and going into a more variety driven programmed network. Lucy Hale wanted country music to have a night all to itself and that will happen on Tuesday nights in a new night called ROD's Country Tuesdays and the night gets started with a new two-hour comedy block led by last season's surprise hit sitcom The Stella Sisters which will lead into two new series Baby Don't Rush about a country music couple who don't rush into a serious life together and Two More Bottles of Wine about the lives of the owners of a country karaoke bar. Another hit sitcom Somethin' Bad with Carrie Underwood, Kacey Musgraves, Miranda Lambert, and joining them Maren Morris this season will close out the comedy block leading into Hayden Panettiere's live country variety show. Closing out the new ROD's Country Tuesdays block will be the new high-profile drama Mine Would Be You about a struggling country artist's road to redemption.

Wednesdays: The mid-part of the week gives us another full two-hour comedy block but this time there's no country theme here as one of last season's final hits before the NITRO War took hold on our season was The Nanny Diaries starring Karlie Kloss and it will lead the block with a new partner in the 80s reboot of Charles in Charge starring original cast member Scott Baio who reprises his old character where he now is a recently fired unemployed bum who looks into getting back into becoming a nanny for another family but struggles because this time he will share the duties of a younger version of himself who will look after this same family. High School Dropouts returns and this time some added blood has been poured in with a whole new cast of characters leading into the high-profile new sitcom My Girls about two girls who travel to Hollywood to become NITRO actors. Lucy Hale sets up a weekly showcase variety hour featuring comedy sketches and music numbers with the rest of the ROD Knockouts in this show she'll poke fun at the ICE Starlets and SBC Hotties. Closing out the night will be last season's fun reboot ride The O.C. called The L.A. as they start their second season.

Thursdays: Thursdays is all about talent competitions and getting ready for the next NITRO Rookie Draft as ROD leads off the night with one of its biggest acquisitions as mentioned before in the Junior Beauty Pageant showcasing tomorrow's stars of the New Girls in Town Beauty Pageant then following that is ROD's owned and self-created NITRO beauty pageant the Miss Roderick Pageant starting at 10:00pm on the east coast and 7:00pm out on the west coast as the Miss ROD Pageant is all about the elegance and beauty of pageant contestants from all over the world. Thursday is definitely Pageant Night and it should be fun every Thursday all season long as neither one of these shows will move from Thursdays this season.

Fridays: To end the work week here you can start your weekends with a fun Friday lineup starting with the brand new Koy Jung Variety Show as one of ROD's most talented draft picks Koy Jung will try to help lead ROD into the future with her own show to start her promising career leading into a nerve-wrecking results show for the Miss ROD Pageant right before viewers watch the NGIT Pageant but for those deciding to not switch channels and keeping it on good ole' channel 5 you will get a trio of Friday night soaps. Fridays at 10:00pm have been most known for being the Sheila Carter hour last season but now this season a pair of her spin-off will emerge on Friday nights now as new soap Steffy Forrester will takeover her slot as Steffy focuses on the life Jacqueline MacInnes Wood's character and those around her while Quinn Fuller from Sheila Carter and All My Children will get her own show where she can terrorize the city of Los Angeles in her soap following Steffy. Followed by them is the Friday edition of down under soap opera Australian Nights which will air twice a week with the second episode of the week airing on Saturday nights. All three soaps will be taped live on Friday nights so this helps with no spoilers getting leaked to the fans. If you don't want to watch the NGIT Pageant on ICE you can watch you some soaps on a Friday night. Late night staple Country Made closes out the night just like it did last season.

Now you don't have to compromise watching your Friday night shows you can now watch Sheila Carter every Saturday night. Right after that is a repeat of this past Sunday's episode of Pretty Thieves so you can catch up after watching Sheila Carter. Sundays: After you want to whine down from a long day of WFL Football you can watch some scripted entertainment and some of the best dramas on TV starting with the 70s remake of Eight Is Enough which came out last season to solid ratings so you can get together with your family and watch the Bradfords go through their struggles in life on Eight Is Enough. Following that will be ROD's acquisition of Baywatch which aired on SBC during its reboot season and now Baywatch will be back home where it belongs and this time on Sunday nights at 9:00pm in front of Janit O'Day's Pretty Thieves which will air on ROD this season after airing on ICE last season. Pretty Thieves will be a perfect option for viewers who are done watching New Girls in Town Pageant and don't want to watch Sunday Night Football over on SBC. Pretty Thieves will be the perfect combo with Baywatch in these two crime dramas leading into a random selection of one of our prestigious daytime soap operas.

Well that just about breaks down ROD's fall schedule as this is a year of transition but we believe this is the best schedule we've ever released in our network's history and with more depth coming from our rookies this year we hope ROD is competitive on every single night of the week which was goal of this schedule as Lucy Hale's main goal is hold off SBC and RTN and help take down those bitches at The ICE Phederation. Monday night is insanely strong for ROD. Dallas cowgirls into MNF. I don't know what RTN and ICE have as yet as I haven't looked yet. I do know ROD could very easily win Monday night just about every week here depending somewhat on the MNF game. A weak game could cost them the night but a strong game gives them Monday night.

Tuesday night is looks to be an interesting night on ROD. Tuesday night is country night with a whole bunch of country programs. I remember last year Hayden's Country Hour was quite strong in the time slot it sat. I am a bit worried about it following a lot of untested programs before it. I thought Hayden might have been a better lead in. I do see a lot of country fans starved for country tuning in to this night in droves and tossing away the remote control. I think Tuesday night could serve ROD well.

Comedy night on Wednesday night looks well done. The Nanny Diaries will be a good hit at 8pm leading into Charles in Charge at 8:30pm. My only problem with reboots is some people always compare the reboot to the original and they don't always like the new character instead preferring the original. Charles will have that problem to deal with first up. High School Dropouts is solid and My Girls looks good. I Love Lucy Hale, I don't know. I am not a big fan of variety shows at night. Variety shows at night have been hit and miss. The LA is a good finish.

Thursday for ROD will be very close to another win. Pageant night is always very strong. A very strong night for ROD here leading to the possibility of some wins.

Friday looks to be a weaker day for ROD without seeing any ratings. Koy Jung Variety begins the night at 8pm. Variety shows are always hit and miss of a night time. Koy Jung won't have a lead in so she will need her star power and whoever her guests are to boost her. The Pageant results at 9pm should bring in a few viewers. An idea I just had was to host the Pageant results during the Joy Kung show to boost the Joy Kung show. It is an option for ROD if need be in the future. Soap night for ROD with Steffy followed by Quinn followed by Australian Nights. Neither great or bad here. Some soaps don't work at night, others do.

Saturday is football night on ROD followed by Wheel of Fortune. Here is where I think ROD made a mistake. We know the football will be strong depending on the game of course. We know Wheel of Fortune will bleed at 11pm and I reckon bleed quite heavily. I think this is a missed opportunity by ROD not to put something stronger behind the Football to dominate the night. I could be wrong and Wheel of Fortune might succeed but I can't see that happening.

Sunday is strong. The over run of the WFL into The OT into Eight is Enough into Baywatch into Pretty Thieves. This looks a solid strong night with no real let down that I can see. Baywatch coming back from SBC due to poor ratings is the only slight worry I have. Some people might not follow Baywatch back across from SBC. Some ROD viewers who don't watch SBC might decide not to watch Baywatch due to missing the first season of it. A solid night otherwise.

Best night of the week: Monday. Dallas cowgirls into MNF is very strong.

Worst night of the week: I don't see a pure weak night. Friday will struggle if Koy Jung struggles. I will go with Friday for this reason. A lot of pressure on Koy Jung now.

Great breakdown James really appreciate it and glad to see you back on this site glad you found us and James if you're reading I got an idea since your breakdown is really good and helpful I would love for you to breakdown all four networks on each night together as you make your predictions on what will finish first in every timeslot.

I believe Mondays might be our strongest night depending on how Thursdays shakes out because I saw ICE's schedule and it looks just as tough but I believe having DCU leading off is the key here this is my favorite part of scheduling this lineup because I had it like this ever since I first brought the rights for Monday Night Football back on the old NITRO site.

Tuesdays will be very interesting for us as I see what you mean with Hayden but I got a lot of confidence in The Stella Sisters leading off and I believe our comedies will be strong enough to stand up to the competition plus SBC has a strong comedy block of their own on this night and we need to be able to counterprogram here. I also think 10:00pm gets weaker on ICE and SBC and Hayden can surge there and give the new country drama Mine Would Be You a good lead-in.

You give me a little bit more confidence on Wednesdays as Charles in Charge will be a risk here I actually just made a move to takeout High School Dropouts for SBC's Single at Fifty that they sold to us and we'll see how that performs first. I think My Girls will be a huge hit but that's a tough timeslot though. We'll see about Lucy's new variety show as I'm worried about that one in front of The L.A. so this night could see some adjustments if things fail in here.

I can see us running Thursdays depending on what RTN does as ICE has sort of taken that night off and SBC has a hit or miss lineup they're throwing out there and pageants usually draw well so this night should be the least of my worries.

Fridays are definitely dependent on Koy Jung and I love your idea to put the pageant results in there that might be something we throw in there. We got some time before the results show starts so if Koy Jung struggles we'll find a way to merge those two shows together. Fridays are different this year than last year this was one of ICE's off nights the season before so Sheila Carter took advantage of the weaker competition and now my soaps will have to go against the NGIT Pageant over on ICE and that to me is the wait and same game so I think you hit on Fridays.

For WFL lead-out the thinking here was that Vegas Showgirls airs at 11:00pm and we feel that we won't be able to steal any viewers away from that so we decided to bridge it with a filler program like Wheel of Fortune and concentrate more on stacking up our late nights around Sheila Carter.

Sundays are going to be very fun as Baywatch is a huge question mark in the middle there as the competition is sweltering there with the NGIT Pageant and Sunday Night Football and we don't even know what RTN will air there yet so that slot will be tricky. I wanted Pretty Thieves to be protected and not have to go against the pageant so I think Pretty Thieves can savage the night if Baywatch bombs on us.

Appreciate the thoughts here James Scoop this was fun this makes me even more excited to see the way the ratings play out as they could be different in some areas this year.

Looking at the three networks who finished, I think the main battle ground is Wednesday night. Wednesday is so jam packed already with every network running great programs. SBC have the horror night, ICE have the comedies and so do you. Wednesday looks the hardest night to win already without RTN adding whatever they are going to do.

You're welcome you are a huge asset to the game and the site and I can't wait to see your upfront analysis and I think it will be so cool to see your thoughts on the ratings race every night as I think you came after the 2013 season was suspended. You really know what you're talking about and you're helping us as well with suggestions which are great. Thanks for doing it for daytime as well as I wanted your thoughts for those races as well.

Yeah, I mentioned in ICE's upfront postings that Wednesdays looks like the toughest night and RTN can make it tougher this one can be real close because everybody seems competitive and Tuesdays could be competitive too.

Yeah, I definitely wanted to explain Wheel of Fortune that had more to do with competition but I'm keeping a close eye on late nights because I'm worried about Australian Nights which struggled last season behind Wheel of Fortune I might move it to after Sheila Carter if I see any signs of struggle there at midnight.

To me, Sundays will become the most interesting night as the year progresses once Sunday Night Football is over because this night will open up a lot and it looks like ICE has a plan for that night the way it's scheduled and RTN could really be a huge factor on this night I'm ready to make changes on this night if I have to later this season.

Sunday is intriguing as RTN have a chance here to win the night. Without giving any help to RTN, there are a few shows that could help them win Sunday if they scheduled right.

I would be surprised if Wheel of Fortune lasted all season. I think the time is open for you maybe not to win but to nab second place. Wheel of Fortune might cost you second place. I think it will bleed heavily which will be a problem for your late night shows.

ROD probably has the best schedule they've ever come out with so Lucy Hale looks like one hell of an upgrade here over Ashley Greene for them.

I think Mondays will be very good for them to start the week and I like their country theme night on Tuesdays.

Wednesdays look great but gets weaker to close the night.

Thursdays are the one night I can guarantee to ROD that they will win every single week with the pageants. Don't be surprised though if the other networks get better against it as the year progresses.

I think Fridays will be solid there's enough parts in here to race for a good 2nd place finish.

Saturdays look weird if RTN is running WFL games at night maybe ROD ought to consider changing those plans but I do like Sheila Carter in late night that was good scheduling there. Sheila Carter could probably easily win 2am if it moves back a slot though.

Sundays looks solid this is the best anybody can do with scripted programming against SNF and NGIT Pageant. Pretty Thieves is in a good slot I did not expect it to go here but I love it.
